Fractureme

Fractureme specializes in printing digital photos with multiple shapes and sizes on pure glass. Based in Florida, US, the company received a total venture funding of $2.7m and has an estimated annual revenue of $15.5m.

Requirements

With 70+ employees performing duties in ship engine, tracking orders, coupons, and gift cards, Fracture wanted a solution provider to strategize design and implement a discount management system. They also wanted a system with an efficient shipment delivery service that could get real-time, tracking-related updates from the engine.

The Challenge

Before getting Techdots on board, sales at Fractureme were declining due to the lack of a functional website design and a discount management system. Specifically, the company’s website was frequently crashing, and they realized that it was time to roll out a new design. Ensuring seamless migration to a new platform was at the top of the agenda, and it was important for the website to be supported across different domains.

Our Solution

Techdots designed and developed an E-commerce website according to the client’s exact specifications. They received a new and improved website with flawless functionality and navigation. From idea conceptualization and design to validation, our team offered complete coverage. Throughout this project, we collaborated with the project manager to meet all the deliverables within the requested time frame.

Results

Successful implementation led to a significant increase in sales, and Fractureme was pleased with our post-launch support. Our solution was SEO-ready and ranked well in search engines including Google. We adopted a multi-domain approach to make sure that customers of Fractureme around the world could have convenient experiences. Moreover, we extended our solution to development services in Node, React, and GraphQL as per their evolving needs.
