Role Overview

We’re looking for a creative UI/UX Designer + Video Editor who can combine strong visual design skills with engaging content creation. The role involves designing modern digital experiences along with editing high-quality short-form marketing and promotional videos.

Key Responsibilities

• Design UI/UX for websites, landing pages & digital products
• Create social media creatives, banners & marketing assets
• Edit short-form videos, reels & promotional content
• Maintain visual consistency across all brand touchpoints
• Collaborate with the marketing and development teams on creative execution
• Deliver high-quality creative work within deadlines

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Video Editing & UI/UX(preferably in the tech or startup sector).
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills — ability to engage with international clients (US, UK, EU).
• Strong organizational and documentation skills with a focus on process improvement.
• Confident and comfortable on camera (we produce regular internal and promotional video content).
• Strong command of Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator
• Good understanding of UI/UX design, layouts, typography & branding
• Ability to design clean website/app interfaces and marketing creatives
• Experience creating social media posts, ad creatives & promotional visuals
• Basic to intermediate video editing skills (Reels, Shorts, promos, etc.)
• Experience with Premiere Pro and/or After Effects is a plus
• Understanding of modern design trends and user-focused design principles

Canva-only designers will not be considered.
