About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team, specializing in the sale of custom software solutions — including web and mobile applications. This is a hybrid role combining the responsibilities of a Sales Development Representative (SDR) and an Account Executive (AE), with additional light customer support responsibilities.
You will manage the entire sales process — from prospecting and cold outreach to negotiation, closing, and client handover — while providing exceptional customer support as needed.
Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound cold calls and targeted outreach to generate new sales opportunities.
- Identify, qualify, and nurture prospects for custom software development services.
- Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, needs assessment, presentation, proposal, negotiation, and closing.
- Skillfully negotiate pricing, project scopes, and timelines with prospective clients.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Provide prompt and basic customer support for post-sale client queries.
- Collaborate closely with internal technical teams to accurately scope projects and set client expectations.
- Maintain accurate CRM records for all sales activities, pipeline stages, and customer interactions.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance KPIs consistently.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years of proven success in software sales, preferably in custom web and mobile application development.
- Experience in cold calling, high-volume outreach, lead qualification, and full-cycle sales management.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close high-ticket deals effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Solid understanding of the software development landscape, including key technologies and business models.
- Highly self-motivated, organized, and capable of thriving in a fully remote, results-driven environment.
- Proficiency with CRM software such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar.
- Previous experience in customer support or client success roles is a plus.
