About the Role

We’re looking for a dynamic Project / Product Manager with hands-on experience in SaaS product development and working within agency environments to manage multiple client projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between business needs and technical execution, ensuring timely delivery, product quality, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Product & Project Ownership

• Drive end-to-end project management for SaaS products from planning to release.
• Define product roadmaps, feature priorities, and delivery timelines.
• Ensure alignment between client requirements and technical feasibility.

Agile / Scrum Management

• Lead sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, QA, and client stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
• Track and report project progress using agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, ClickUp, Trello).

Stakeholder Communication

• Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams.
• Manage multiple client accounts, balancing priorities across concurrent projects.
• Translate business needs into clear documentation (user stories, acceptance criteria, feature specs).

Product Excellence

• Conduct market and competitor analysis to guide SaaS product improvements.
• Ensure delivery of scalable, user-friendly, and business-impactful solutions.
• Gather and analyze user feedback for continuous product optimization.

Must-Have Skills & Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Product Manager in SaaS product development.
• Strong background in agency environments, handling multiple client projects simultaneously.
• Hands-on experience with Agile / Scrum frameworks.
• Fluent English communication skills — written and verbal.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, ClickUp, or Trello.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, QA, sales, and clients).
• Understanding of SaaS metrics (churn, ARR, retention, adoption) is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical background or familiarity with modern SaaS stacks.
• Experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise products.
• Exposure to product discovery frameworks (Lean, Design Thinking, etc.).
• Agile / Scrum certifications (CSM, PSPO, or similar).
