About the Role
We’re seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Media Manager to lead and execute our digital & social media strategy across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in SaaS product marketing, with the ability to craft engaging content, grow brand presence, and drive measurable results across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), and emerging platforms.
You should also feel confident appearing on camera for thought-leadership content, product explainers, and brand-building videos.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital media strategy aligned with business goals and SaaS product positioning.
- Manage and grow brand presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), and other relevant platforms.
- Create engaging, platform-specific content (posts, carousels, videos, reels, stories, etc.) that drives engagement and conversions.
- Plan and execute paid digital campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) for lead generation and brand awareness.
- Monitor industry trends, SaaS conversations, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams to align digital campaigns with broader marketing initiatives.
- Track, analyze, and report performance metrics (engagement, reach, leads, conversions) with actionable insights.
- Engage with online communities, respond to inquiries, and manage brand reputation across digital channels.
- Record and present video content (short-form updates, product explainers, or thought-leadership clips) to humanize and strengthen the brand.
Must-Have Skills & Requirements
- 3+ years of proven experience as a Digital Media Manager or Social Media Manager, preferably in SaaS or B2B technology.
- Strong English communication skills — both written and verbal. This is a client facing role.
- Comfortable being on camera. We create regular video content!
- Hands-on expertise with digital and social media tools (Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar).
- Strong understanding of SaaS marketing funnels, customer journeys, and B2B lead generation.
- Ability to design and optimize organic + paid campaigns with measurable ROI.
- Excellent copywriting skills adaptable to different platforms and audiences.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and LinkedIn Analytics.
- Creative mindset with a data-driven approach to problem-solving and growth.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with global SaaS products or startups.
- Familiarity with SEO, email marketing, and content marketing integration.
- Awareness of SaaS industry trends, buyer personas, and competitive landscape.
