About the Role

We are seeking a creative, tech-savvy Content Writer to join our growing team. You will be responsible for producing high-quality written content for our SaaS products, technical blogs, and video scripts — and will also play an active role in presenting and appearing in video content. This role is ideal for someone who loves technology, storytelling, and isn’t camera-shy.

A typical week at TechDots includes writing approximately 4,000–6,000 words per day (for on-page and off-page product blogs), 5–10 YouTube scripts, and occasionally landing page copy. Each Monday, we align with the team on estimates and then work throughout the week to meet those targets. If you believe managing this workload may be challenging, please inform us in advance.

Key Responsibilities

• Write clear, engaging, and well-structured content for:
  • Product pages, feature explainers, and use-case narratives.
  • Technical blogs, whitepapers, and thought-leadership articles.
  • Video scripts for marketing, product explainers, tutorials, and knowledge sharing.
• Research industry trends, competitors, and target audiences to create impactful and relevant content.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, seo, and marketing teams to understand product capabilities and translate them into user-friendly narratives.
• Optimize content for SEO and readability while maintaining technical accuracy.
• Maintain a consistent tone of voice across all written and visual storytelling materials.

Must-Have Skills & Requirements

• 2+ years of professional writing experience, preferably in tech or SaaS industries.
• Great English communication skills — both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with tools like Notion, Sanity, or other CMS platforms.
• This role may evolve from a typical Content Writer position into a full-time, onsite Content Strategist role.
• Ability to simplify technical concepts for a business audience while maintaining depth for technical readers.
• Experience writing for blogs, landing pages, and product marketing campaigns.
• Understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and content optimization.

Hiring Process

   A detailed discussion focused on your writing approach, SEO knowledge, and how you would contribute to TechDots’ content strategy.
3. Assignment Submission
   A short practical assignment to evaluate writing quality, clarity, and ability to follow SEO and content guidelines.
4. Offer
   Candidates who successfully complete the previous steps will receive a formal offer to join TechDots.
